    北海道ではよくチャンチャン焼きするんでしょうね。

  4. etgaminikkiさん、ぜひトライしてみてください。味噌ソースには普通はみりんや砂糖も入るんですけど、私は野菜の甘みだけで十分なので、余計な甘味料は入れません。
