more snakes (and a reminder)

A reminder to those who wanted to get involved in the snake etegami call. The deadline is coming up quickly. Some great snakes have been arriving by post, and I'm hoping even more will arrive in time to be displayed in the next Etegami newsletter. In the meantime, I've been posting them on my mailart gallery blog for you to enjoy. I'm able to extend the deadline for submissions by about a week. That gives you just enough time to mail your etegami to me!

  1. Ah, I am ashamed. I tried so hard. I cannot do etegami. I really tried. Instead I did pen and ink. I am so stubborn or perhaps I am just afraid.

    1. Ces, as I've said before, pen and ink is fine. You just need an image and some words on a postcard. That's the only requirement. I look forward to seeing what you made. : )

  3. I won't have time to send you by mail, could I send it by email? Have you sent out the December Etegami News Letter? Sorry for those questions, I've been away too long.

    1. Yun, if you mail your etegami today, there's just enough time to make the January issue of the newsletter. If that is not possible, I'll make an exception for you and you can send it by email.

Yes, I sent you the December issue, and it didn't bounce back, so I assume you have it somewhere in your mailbox. If you can't find it, I'll send it again. : )

  4. While I usually shy away from snake images, these are very compelling! I'm happily making up for lost time today visiting blogs, and yours is always one of my favorites...I always learn something, too!

  5. Absolutely love this etegami! Not only have you managed to make a snake (ekkk!) look charming, but you also reminded me of a truth I need to act on. I'm going to start shedding today.

  6. I'm really loving the theme/design of your site.
Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems?
A few of my blog readers have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox.
Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?
